:: praise ::'Praise to the face is open disgrace'... even more so when the 'praise' is not that true...
someone i hadn't seen for many years smsed and said: I almost could not recognize u! U have morphed into a butterfly! A very fair-skinned butterly!
hmmm... well, sorry, but i got goosebumps from such an sms. I'm pretty far from being a butterfly... I was so tempted to reply: praise to the face is open disgrace' but then, it would be too rude on account of that person's 'seniority'. i just said: i think the morphing didn't go that well.
i'm an ungrateful brat.
