:: the incredibles & taxi ::thanks to wenky, i spent my entire post-pharmaco test afternoon watching the two movies! anyway thanks for burning those cds for me. :) i didn't know that burning in the rmbv format could mean that two movies could fit into just one cd! kewl!
'the incredibles' was a bit of a letdown, probably it's cuz my standards were too high, since so many ppl had remarked how wonderful and entertaining the film had been. :( the best part i liked was when the elastigal and her two kids were flung into the water from the plane that exploded. the kid was screaming his head off about going to die and looked so cutely distressed! haha... very different from his normal whines and complains when his mother reprimanded him for getting into trouble in school! the girl with the force field reminded me of zhenzi! ha... jogging zhenzi, u all still remember?
taxi was a hoot! queen latifah is at her most charming, funny and her loudmouthed nature lends itself to many jokes in the film! :) i thoroughly enjoyed the film! hmmm the part when the incompetent, trying-too-hard policeman was trying to shift his car out of the parallel parking slot was a bit too close to heart... kind of reminds me that i might be just like him if i were handed a car now and told to parallel park it! lolz... i'm a road hazard manz... i mean apart from the fact that i'm almost drugged 24/7 there's also the part where i'm blur for the remaining of the time!
ha... i might have a little angst blog later on... about the SAGA of my NOTEBOOK!
