:: got things to blog le! ::oh noooo, i'm supposed to feel -very sorry- for myself, cuz i've -NEVER- heard of kdlang. but i saw her pic tt day. can someone send me tt 'constant craving' song pls? i got gmail... send me ma... so i can stop wallowing in self-pity. :P hymns of the 49th parallel? sounds soothing and like vocals? OF COURSE I'M INTERESTED! watcha doing, hand it over quick! haha... just joking, i doubt HS could part with this cd, i guess you could bring it and i could 'listen' to it in the cofm lab? eh he... xie xie...
:: COFM applied to real life ::
wow! today, COFM was soooo impressive! or rather, WML was. on a separate point, i think her smile is really dazzling... like julia roberts! heh. on a more important note, i got to apply my COFM skills on two people today! waaa.... i was counselling someone on diet, nutrition and exercise lolz... i dunno whether the person got it in or not... but i managed at least to teach him what is BMI and how to calculate BMI, what is carbohydrate and how to avoid fat in foods... and also appropriate exercise. i guess the educating part's done, just dunno if he got actually motivated... next up, i'm actually having to counsel a friend of mine on quitting the ciggie. i think that's going to be far far harder! hmmm ok got to go read the 'quit for life' pamphlet now! tata!!!
