:: MORE casualities... and some reflections ::wa! bad omen... two more down! one of my cousins strained his ligament (i bet it's the pollicis one) in soccer... he's the goalkeeper... and then another one was flipping his swiss knife and dunno doing what, ended up with a laceration on his forehead, just above the eyebrow, that required 5 stitches... haiz... can u imagine, just a little lower and he'd be 'impaired'... and then tt impairment could become a disability... handicap... nvm... wo zou huo ru mo le.
hmmm just reflected on this afternoon's happenings... ya i think that though i'm just a medical student now, at least i think i did something worthwhile today? cuz the family didn't think tt his condition was serious enough to merit a hosp visit immediately... i shudder to think of the possible consequences if he is still 'at large' now. i think it's times like this that makes me feel that all the hard work now is WORTH IT!
