:: 'puter woes ::I NEED A HUG!!! no no MAKE It HUGSSSS!!! murzz also needs a hug!!!
today, my computer could not start up. probably due to an indolent virus tt... like a cobra, decided to strike today... (ok wenky, don't go lecturing abt how a cobra might strike or the venom-ology hahaha... away, u powdered monster!!!)
ok anywayz i packed up and went to NUS com center, took no., registered, waited for 30min, only to be told, 'oh your computer can't even be started up, i'm afraid there's nothing we can do, you have to go to the toshiba notebk centre'.
hrrmph.
took bus back to science... toshiba pple were on an ultra long lunch break (12-2.30pm leh) i rehydrated myself then went to get help. finally, they said i had to REFORMAT! walaos, always reformat reformat reformat... it's like some docs, always antibiotics antibiotics antibiotics... cheyyyy
so... i have to back up my data (normally i won't, but this time around it's especially impt becuz i had the surgical nutrition report inside) so... muz buy this USB harddisk casing...
Science co-op NO stock... the guy even told me tt only he has stock earliest cuz everyone else's stock is delayed. haha i think i was a bi guillible liao, ahleong quite smart ah... he said arts got...
took bus to arts. YAY!!! got, and a nicer one at 4 bux cheaper!!!
vroom back to toshiba at science... then... went to cofm lab to do back up... using tt harddisk usb, my own usb and the sch's comp. lousy ports they have... i had to use up to 3 computers to finally get it to work!
BUT...
erm i couldn't get the files i wanted - access denied...
rushed back to coop. time: 415pm. (they close at 430)
twiddle twiddle click click ting ting dong dong... finally worked... aiyo took like 15min to transfer permission rights thing. finally could copy liao...
tmr i'm gng back to collect it... YAY!
