:: film review - SIDEWAYS ::sideways - the evil glance i'm giving ahleong for recommending it as a superb movie...
sideways - the extra doubtful glances i'll shoot his way in the future when he gives similar advice abt films...
sideways - the position my head adopted after 30min of the show...
sideways - the posture of my body when i decided to start the second disc of the movie... ie. a bit doped liao
sideways - a film about the road trip taken by two very different men for wine tasting and the two very different women they meet...
it reminds me of foreign films... like those español ones i always watch. if this were in español, i'd like it. hmmm i think i'd prefer the book, since the characters are supposed to be more complex in there. i felt that the film didn't allow miles (the one with the beard and the divorce) enough space to develop his character. i felt his character had lots of potential. i liked maya/mia too...

Funniest scene:
Stephanie whaling Jack with her handbag upon finding out that he was going to get married but had claimed to love her and even talked about settling down with her... i've always wanted to try that... the bashing up i mean... *eh, so much for violent character...*
Most entertaining scene:
Miles entering the house to retrieve Jack's wallet. There was actually a couple having sex on the bed... erm rather LOUDLY and GRAPHICALLY too... and then he grabbed the wallet which was just next to the bed and ran for his life... sort of... haha and that guy actually ran naked onto the streets after Miles!!! hahaha...
