martedì, luglio 05, 2005 :: ophthalmic updates ::1. i DO NOT have esotropia/convergent squint... but i do have eXophoria... as for the convergent squint-look i have at times... sigh. dr G says 'it's just the way you look'... SIIIIGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH 2. my pupil's perfectly alright... my optic disc CAN be seen even if it's undilated. nothing to do with DM k... 3. i do look like i'm from china? *heavens* NOOOOOOO lecture with the-one-who-loves-neuro-ophthalmology was eh... ODD. here are some choice excerpts: "what is charity? what is the compassion that we talk of? what is the seamless machine???" answer: north of the river south of the lake, the whole world is full of gold. anywayz, he kept asking me 'ni ming bai mah?' pengz... on the bright side, if i do look like i'm from china, i hope i have their complexion. kekeke... better than looking like a mandarin teacher... toot toot one. :P HAHAHAHAH.... 4. my new hobby: squint at kids to see if they have strabismus. hehehe... new clinic past time: stick out tongue and make funny monster faces at kids while standing in the neighbouring cubicle (with it's transparent dividers), out of sight of the doc, while he's doing the cover test/pupillary reflex is being tested. kekeke... 5. i am still a bit blur regarding my case study. i'm too lazy to do it! how... 6. my vision prob deteriorated from a 6/8-> 6/18 during ophthalmo?!?!? 7. ophthalmo.... zui4 gao1 jing4 jie4 Doc: hello, can u see this patient? he has got a fourth nerve palsy... Orthoptist: sure... 20 min later... Orthoptist: Hi Dr, this patient has a sixth nerve palsy... Doc: so now, we know... Orthoptist: yes, of course... how cool is that.... hehehe.... u pple who haven't done ophthalmology won't know what i'm talking about hahaha! :D coming up... review of CDs...
